Marilyn taught junior high art for over 30
years in the Lincoln, Nebraska public school system.
Jack was art director for the conservation department in Nebraska for 20 years and has been a sculptor and free lance artist for the past 23 years. "We want your Bella Vista stay to be comfortable and enjoyable." What's not to like here...we've got eight golf courses and 7 lakes...great golf and great fishing, plenty of good places to eat and many attractions to keep you busy. |

Tawny Oak properties are located on Taw lane and Lea Lane,
approximately 3/4 of a mile east of Highway 71 on the right, or south side
of Kingsland Road. (Three blocks west of the water tower).
We're a couple minutes from town center and close to every golf course except the
Highlands and Scottsdale. You will be staying in the heart of scenic
Bella Vista! We have lived here for almost 12 years and
wouldn't want to live anywhere else.
We rent only to non- smokers / no pets, pleaseOUR CURRENT RATES! One night for two people in one bed is only $60...each additional bed is $15. Seven night stays are $360.00. (You get one night free, bringing the nightly rate down to $52 for two people) Because of the cleaning costs, we do not book one night stays. We do book two night stays, but there is a $25 cleaning charge. There is no cleaning charge for stays of three nights or more. |
